Return / Refund Policy
If you found some reason that you would like to return the product received, you may return the product to us within 7 days after received by following below guidelines:
- The returned goods/products must be in the good conditions as received.
- Attach with the original receipt together for the proof of purchase.
- The packaging must be in original condition.
- Customer must be paying the shipping cost by their own for returning the product.
- If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not have any refund.
- Dionios Diamond (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Customer must snap the photo of product to be returned and send to email@example.com with below details,

Product(s) Name :
Return Reason : (e.g., Defective Product/ Incorrect product received and attach with photo of the product)
Once we've verified the return, we will send the return address to customer to return the product, customer must inform us the tracking number after return the parcel for our tracking purpose; and once we received and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within certain time after the confirmation.
